On 24th March 2012, Club HEAL held its first Volunteer’s & Caregiver’s Tea Session at Pertapis, Geylang. Volunteers were orientated to the Club HEAL programme,given an introduction on mental illness and briefed on the general Do’s and Don’ts of being a volunteer. Sessions like these will continue to be held in the future as it is necessary for volunteers to be equipped with the necessary skills in order to build a therapeutic relationship with the participants in of Club HEAL.

Pada Mac 24 2012, Kelab HEAL telah mengadakan sesi sukarelawan yang pertama di Pertapis, Geylang. Sukarelawan diberi orientasi bagi program Kelab HEAL, diberi maklumat mengenai penyakit mental dan diberi penerangan tentang sikap yang baik terhadap peserta-peserta Kelab HEAL. Sesi seperti ini akan terus diadakan pada masa akan datang kerana ia adalah penting bagi sukarelawan untuk dilengkapi dengan kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk membina hubungan terapeutik dengan peserta di Kelab HEAL.
